It&#39;s a mom and pop restaurant. It&#39;s hole in the wall. You really need to be looking for a Chilean restaurant. It&#39;s not like you will pass it on your way home from work. The food is very authentic they even have the local soda from chile. I had the pastel de choclo and it was very tasty and hearty. There&#39;s only one server so you need to have patience with her. She will bring that refill of water and your check..eventually..

Sabores Chilenos

When we are in Miami, my wife and I love to go eat Nicaraguan food because in Southern California there is none. My wife is Nicaraguan and I lived there for many years. We had to go to Miami for my niece&#39;s graduation, so when we landed, we picked up a car, picked up some friends and came directly here for her birthday. The restaurant is very clean, well decorated and comfortable. The waiters were quite friendly and efficient. We ordered the churrasco, puntos de filet and indio viejo. Everything was delicious except for the Indio Viejo. We had Pio V for desert and it was very good. If you want a casual, comfortable, well appointed restaurant for a nice meal, I would highly recommend El Madro&ntilde;o

The food is really good. The waitress also is very nice, she took good care of us, but .. she was by herself taking care of the whole restaurant. They need more servers. I loved the porotos con riendas, it was my favorite.
